ARIZONA'S PREMIER MEN'S AND WOMEN'S ARTISTIC COMPETITION

GIRLS AND BOYS SESSIONS HAVE NOW BEEN SET For the individual sessions please see the files listed below so that you can print off for your use.

BOYS SCHEDULE: The dates are set as is for each level, the start times may change slightly. We will keep all gyms updated and this schedule updated on a weekly basis till competition time. As you can see some of the boys levels are by age divisions, you will need to speak with your coach to see what session your gymnasts will compete in. Please make sure if you have any questions that you speak with your coach directly.

GIRLS SCHEDULE: All times are set as is. We do have several levels that have two different sessions. Please see your coach to verify what session you will be in.

REFUNDS: There are no refunds after the final registration date of January 16, 2015.

LATE FEES: $5.00 per gymnasts after January 16, 2015

Level Changes: All level changes submitted after the deadline date (or meet closure if sooner) will be subject to availability.

Format: Girls sessions will be run as modified capital cup with two sets of equipment. Boys session will be set up dependent upon the level and number of entries.

HOSPITALITY/GIFTS:
Each gymnast will receive a great gift, girls will get a meet leo and guys will get meet shorts.

We will have a great drawings for coaches along with great homemade eats throughout the meet.
